Terms and Conditions

Payments:

For the local and overnight programs full payment is due within 5 business days of your confirmation. For the Vail-Beaver Creek tour a deposit of $ 300.00 is required within 5 business days of your confirmation. Final payment is due December 10th. If you choose to pay by credit card your card will be processed for the full payment. A processing fee of $ 3.00 will apply for the one day local program, $ 7.00 for the overnight program and $ 45.00 for the Vail-Beaver Creek Tour.

Conditions:

Your reservation will be confirmed by NEW ENGLAND SPORTS TOURS on the same day that it was received Monday - Friday by 5:00 PM. Reservations received outside of these hours, your reservation will be confirmed the next business day. If you choose to cancel your tour the following penalties will apply; For all one day programs $ 40.00 unless the bus seat is resold either by you the client or us, For the overnight program $ 100.00 unless the program is resold by you the client or us. In either case if resold no penalty will apply. If for any reason either the day or overnight program is cancelled a full refund will be made. For the Vail-Beaver Creek tour the following will apply; Within 65 days of departure $ 25.00 cancellation penalty will apply, 65 days to 35 days $ 100.00 penalty and within 35 days NO REFUNDS unless the tour is resold by you the client or us and then your fee will be $ 25.00.
