A DEPOSIT OF $ 250.00 PER PERSON IS REQUIRED AND PAYMENTS ARE DUE WITHIN FIVE DAYS FROM THE TIME YOUR RESERVATION IS CONFIRMED. FINAL PAYMENT IS DUE ON APRIL 16TH. IF YOU CHOOSE TO PAY BY CREDIT CARD YOUR CARD WILL BE PROCESSED FOR FULL PAYMENT. A PROCESSING FEE OF $40.00 WILL APPLY PER PERSON.
Conditions:
Your reservation will be confirmed by NEW ENGLAND SPORTS TOURS on the same day it was received Monday - Friday by 5:00 PM. Reservations received outside of these hours, your reservation will be confirmed on the next business day. If you choose to cancel your reservation after your reservation is confirmed the following penalties apply; within 65 days of departure full refund less a $ 25.00 cancellation fee, within 65 days to 40 days $ 100.00 penalty, within 40 days no refunds. Some airline tickets may have a value with penalties. The following exceptions applies for cancellation received within 65 days of departure - Your penalty will only be $ 25.00 if you or NEW ENGLAND SPORTS TOURS secures a replacement.
