A DEPOSIT OF $250.00 PER PERSON IS REQUIRED AND CHECKS MUST BE RECEIVED WITHIN FIVE BUSINESS DAYS. FINAL PAYMENT IS DUE ON APRIL 12. IF YOU CHOOSE TO PAY BY CREDIT CARD YOUR CARD WILL BE PROCESSED FOR FULL PAYMENT. A PROCESSING FEE OF $25.00 PER PERSON WILL APPLY. NEW ENGLAND SPORTS TOURS WILL NOT SEND A BILL AS A REMINDER FOR YOU'RE FINAL PAYMENT.
Conditions:
Your reservation will be confirmed by NEW ENGLAND SPORTS TOURS on the same day that it was received Monday - Friday by 5:00 PM. Reservations received outside of these hours, your reservation will be confirmed on the next business day. If you choose to cancel your reservation after your reservation is confirmed the following penalties apply; within 65 days of departure full refund less a $25.00 cancellation fee, within 65 to 35 days $100.00 penalty, within 35 days no refunds. The following exception applies for cancellations received under 65 days - Your penalty will be only be $25.00 if you the participant or us NEW ENGLAND SPORTS TOURS secures a replacement. If you have chosen to upgrade your ticket, the difference if unsold, a penalty may be imposed. NO REFUNDS FOR FAILURE TO SHOW. See "ALL ABOUT OUR TOURS" section for full disclosures on this tour. CHILD rates for this tour is 16 and under.
Reservations with Delta Airlines: Once ticketed the air fare is non fundable unless you the participant or us the travel company has a replacement. In this case the change fee is $150.00, subject to Delta only allowing a 40% name change for the group. If at the time of your cancellation we have exceeded the 40 % name change fee, your airline ticket will be totally non-refundable.
