Payments:

A deposit of $ 250.00 per person is required within FIVE BUSINESS days. Final payment is due August 21st. If you have chosen to pay by credit card your card will be processed for the full amount plus a $30.00 processing fee.

Conditions:

Your reservation will be confirmed by NEW ENGLAND SPORTS TOUR on the same day that it was received Monday -Friday by 5:00 PM. reservations received outside of these hours, your reservation will be confirmed on the next business day. If you choose to cancel your reservation after you have been confirmed the following penalties apply; within 65 days of departure full refund less a $ 25.00 cancellation fee, within 65 to 35 days $ 100.00 penalty, within 35 days no refunds. The following exceptions applies for cancellations received under 65 days...Your penalty will be $ 25.00 if you the participant or us NEW ENGLAND SPORTS TOURS secures a replacement. If you have chosen to upgrade your ticket the difference if unsold may be imposed. NO REFUNDS FOR FAILURE TO SHOW. See "ALL ABOUT OUR TOURS" section for full disclosures.
