Terms and Conditions

Payments:

A deposit of $ 500.00 is required to confirm your reservation within 10 days of confirmation. Second payment in the amount of $500.00 is due on June 15, 2009 with final payment due August 15, 2009. Visa, MasterCard, and Discover are accepted with a service fee of three percent. Charges to your credit card will be made per the schedule as noted above. The rates for all tours posted are in USD based on the exchange rate of January 18, 2009. The exchange rate for One British Pound is = to $ 1.47 USD. The exchange rate for One Euro Dollar is = to 1.33 USD. Air fares are based on a fixed base rate, plus applicable taxes, etc, security fees, federal taxes, segment fees effective December 15, 2008. The tour prices posted DO NOT INCLUDE FUEL SURCHARGES. Any applicable fuel charges will be accessed at the time of ticketing forty-five to sixty days before departure. Current fuel charges which are applicable to our flight patterns range from $ 222.00 to $ 266.00

Reservations:

Your reservation will be confirmed by NEW ENGLAND SPORTS TOURS on the same day if received by 5:00 PM. Reservations received after 5:00 PM, your confirmation will be sent out the next business day. Our flight patterns listed; seat allocations range from 8 to 40 seats. In the event when your reservation is received and that flight pattern is no longer available, the earliest dated reservation will be confirmed and you will notified as soon as possible.

Conditions:

If you need to cancel your reservation after confirmation:
AIR FARE: A cancellation fee of $ 100.00 will apply. After your second payment due on June 15, 2009; if you need to cancel after that date a cancellation fee of $ 200.00 will apply. If you need to cancel after August 15, 2009, your airline ticket is subject to full penalty unless it is resold by you the participant or New England Sports Tours, WE HIGHLY SUGGEST INSURANCE COVERAGE. We will send you an insurance policy with your first receipt of payment.
HOTEL: Cancellations 90 days before departure a cancellation penalty of $ 100.00 will apply. Within 60 days a cancellation penalty of $ 200.00 will apply and under 60 days $ 400.00 unless the room is resold by the participant or New England Sports Tours.
GAME TICKET: Once we have secured your game ticket and in hand the game ticket will be non refundable. The value of the game ticket may not exceed $ 200.00 excluding upgrade seating.
DISCLAIMER: In the event this game is cancelled by the NFL for what ever reason, your refund may be limited. New England Sports Tours has secured an insurance policy to protect a certain portions of funds, but these funds may not cover all refunds that may be due to the participant. Our cancellation policy to you [our client] is based on penalties that we may incur with the airlines and hotels. Your airfare and hotel room may be non refundable under certain conditions 60 days before departure.
