PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING BEFORE YOU MAKE YOUR RESERVATION FOR THE MIAMI, BUFFALO OR OAKLAND TOURS.
We have not posted any Patriot tours for this season to date as we have been attempting to secure an insurance policy to protect deposits etc, however NO insurance company would accept any liability insurance and the reason is that they did not want to get involved in a LABOR DISPUTE. It now appears that the NFL Lockout may reach some type of a settlement shortly. With the possibility of a settlement we are posting our 2011 PATRIOT TOURS.
The following conditions will apply to the Miami, Buffalo and Oakland games.
DEPOSITS OF $ 250.00 PER PERSON TO CONFIRM YOUR RESERVATION, FINAL PAYMENT DUE 60 DAYS BEFORE DEPARTURE. FOR THE MIAMI & OAKLAND GAME AT THIRTY-FIVE DAYS BEFORE DEPARTURE IF THERE IS NO SETTLEMENT YOU MAY CANCEL WITH FULL REFUNDS. FOR THE BUFFALO GAME THE CANCELLATION DATE IS 25 DAYS BEFORE DEPARTURE.
IF YOU CHOOSE TO CONTINUE TO HOLD YOUR RESERVATION AT THIS POINT YOU WILL BE OBLIGATED TO TAKE THE TOUR, WITH THE FOLLOWING EXCEPTION.....IF THERE IS NO SETTLEMENT AT 7 DAYS BEFORE DEPARTURE YOU MAY CANCEL AT THIS POINT AND RECEIVE A FULL REFUND LESS YOUR AIRFARE OF $ 278.00 FOR THE MIAMI GAME. THE OAKLAND TOUR VARIES DUE TO THE LAS VEGAS OPTIONS - AVAILABLE REFUNDS ON REQUEST AT 35 DAYS BEFORE DEPARTURE. FULL REFUND WILL BE AVAILABLE FOR THE BUFFALO TOUR.
